At Troy Filmz, we strive to deliver high-quality media services to our clients and are committed to their satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the results of our services, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the media we have produced for you, you may request a refund within 2 days of receiving the final deliverables. To request a refund, please contact us in writing and provide detailed information about the issues you have with the media we have produced for you.

Please note that refunds will only be considered for issues with the quality of the media we have produced. They will not be given for issues related to changes in your project scope, changes in your personal preferences, or for any other reasons outside of our control.
